I’m very honored to say that two shoots of my models – Austin’s “Toner91” and Dallas based “El Modelo” – were included in the latest edition of Dylan Rosser’s tMf Magazine!   I must admit my work is the “softest” in the issue but sooo glad to have Texas represented in tMf!

You’ll also see a revealing layout and article from Houston model Trevor Adams.  He tells it like it is and shows just how much bigger Texas can be.  (See a couple of shots after the break)

More samples from tMf #4 (Warning: Soooo NSFW)

Had a great shoot with Jonathan Ackley today.  Look for his entire set (including a fresh hot take on Superman) in a future issue of MANofAUSTIN.com

TXBUILT LOGOAs promised in ISSUENO4, here is another scene from my shoot with Killeen bodybuilder Nick Murillo.  We shot this in an alley of Downtown Austin and as you can imagine we had quite a few passer-bys snapping pics.  This was Nick’s first shoot ever so I was flattered he asked to work with me.  He’s such a friendly guy and expressive eyes… I think you’ll see more of Nick on a larger scale soon.

You can see another set in ISSUENO4 plus I have 2 more with Nick to share down the road.

More shots of Nick after the jump…

ISSUENO4 is a collection of the bigger muscled physiques I’ve had the pleasure of capturing.  From my very first not-so-professional session with a bodybuilder to my most recent so, I guess you can say this issue has been 4 years in the making.

This edition is the biggest yet with more than 5 layouts from my portfolio plus 2 from fellow Texas artists David Lewis of Houston and Awesome Images Photography from Dallas.

As a professional IT and personal trainer, Chris is setting his goals and sites on rocking the pro bodybuilding stage someday. That road is long and the investment is steep but he’s looking forward to getting a lot of help from his fans as he progresses through the steps necessary to go pro and transforms into the muscle monster he’s destined to become.  His first bodybuilding show is set for May/June 2012 and another in Oct 2012.

You will see more of Chris in the bodybuilding issue of MANofAUSTIN | Texas Male Photography that I have set for December.  But for now, Chris looks forward to getting to hearing from anyone interested in personal training.

At first glance this Austin trainer’s enormous build and gladiator good looks are intimidating but Andrew is an incredibly easy going guy.  Scared of approaching a personal trainer at your gym?  Andrew says don’t be, “We always love to have new clients and we are here to help people! No one should ever be afraid to ask a personal trainer for advice because we will always help them out!”

Not only did we see results after only a few of sessions with him but we were also comfortable enough to suggest that he model for us.

Glad we did.  Andrew is a quiet type with an exercise science degree who gets into weight lifting, baseball and mixed martial arts.  This was his first time in front of a camera, at least professionally, and the results were as good as any cardio workout.

Interested in Andrew as your personal trainer? Contact us (editor@manofaustin.com) and we will get you in touch.
