Adam Lambert’s AMA Performance – The Good, The Bad and Your Opinion

By now you’ve probably seen or at least heard about Adam Lambert’s sexually charged performance on the American Music Awards. ABC says Lambert added a fake blowjob move and kisses without their knowledge. Lambert says he was just expressing himself like Britney and Madonna before him. Good Morning America says he’s too risky now and pulled the plug on a free concert. We say, “he definitely got people talking about the gay American Idol runner-up BUT will his antics overpower the music and burn this flaming songbird?”

We’re split 3 ways…. As an uncle of four kids (toddlers to teens), I would have been embarrassed to sit with them and have to explain what was going on… Had it been the MTV Awards, I could understand but it was the American Music Awards founded by Dick Clark (the most vanilla of the awards shows).

As a gay man, it was good to see an openly gay artist take risks but as a person who hates being manipulated by cheap Hollywood ploys, the moves by Lambert seemed desperate.

and Two, British soccer player turned model Peter H. Peter is capture beautifully by one of our favorite photographers – Dylan Rosser. And Peter not only has piercing blue eyes but he’s got a brain too men… this tight guy is a mathematics major!

So for weeks, the anticipation of Levi Johnston’s spread for Playgirl was the fodder of tabloid TV, mag/rags and online pages (like our own)… finally the layout was launched (and leaked) and has been more disappointing than a sober Britney Spears.

VGLmen.com pointed out that it isn’t Levi Johnston’s fault and we have to agree. We don’t like to talk smack about fellow photographers and stylists but this one was a big letdown and very unflattering to this high-profile model.
