Ft. Worth Police Chief Apologizes, Admits Flaws After Gay Raid
(from wfaa.com) Fort Worth police Chief Jeff Halstead met with City Council members Tuesday and gave them a progress report on the department’s investigation into the controversial raid of a gay bay on June 28.
Halstead admitted is that the department’s bar check policy is “flawed” and said changes will be made. He also apologized for the incident at the Rainbow Lounge.
